忽悠领导还是百姓？-评万香国际上市，新加最新新加坡证交所资料
这个公司上市被提到很高的位置，一时间老乡们很是鼓舞。我也很高兴，为了详细了解这个公司的情况作了一些查询。后来发现有些事情不得不说，这种心情作个比喻，有个眼睛不好的人拿着中奖的彩票问卖彩票的，中奖了没有，我在旁边看着卖彩票的说没中，多少有点着急。只不过，2者的心情是相反的，中奖者是失落的，而老乡们是鼓舞的。
万香国际被称作是第一家境外上市公司，如果让记者，或者官员来解释，我想，一定可以套用她们的解释继续推广，我觉得不是第一家，至少卖可乐的中萃公司在淮有公司的，而中萃的母公司是可口可乐，可口可乐是在美国的上市公司，那么中萃在淮的公司应该是在淮的第一家上市公司了？
可能有人说没办法比，其实我查了资料才知道，情况是一样的，为什么是在新加坡上市，而大部分业务在新加坡呢，那位老兄有一点没有说，淮安2家公司万邦和万芳是2家加工厂，他们的母公司，和上海万香一样，都是新加坡的万香国际私人有限公司，换句话说，从名字看，上市的不是淮安的，和上海的工厂，而应该是万香国际私人公司，这也应该是他为什么选择在新加坡上市的原因之一（或者是主要原因）
当然，也可以把淮安的工厂去上市，那么淮安的工厂就应该是万香国际公司，而不是万香国际公司下属的万邦或者万芳工厂。
母公司是上市公司，下属几个工厂，或者母公司没有上市，下属的公司上市了，都是可以的。
怎么可以认为是在淮安地公司上市呢？或者万香国际注册在淮安，或者，淮安地工厂上市了。显然这2个条件据我所理解的情况都不存在。
那么所谓的淮安的一家境外上市公司不过是某些人的意淫吧了。当官的未必懂，办公司的为了得到一些政策优惠，大家都去忽悠，既满足了自己的需要，也满足了当官的需要，也证明了上市办的存在是合理的，工作是有成效的。
可是不是所有的人都是看了皇帝不穿衣服都当真的，自己人不懂，外面的人多了，人家看了，稍微一分析，就知道了，原来是个果体阿.
后来某斑竹要求全面研究，无奈去了SGX找了公司资料，是李鬼还是李逵，一看就知道了，英语不好的要用词典了。
